The Bristol Historical Collection consists of tributes to four aircraft. The P-51 Mustang, B-17 Flying Fortress, B-25 Mitchell and Supermarine Spitfire. The Spitfire R6753 Tribute which incorporates an actual airframe artifact from R6753, a Spitfire which flew in combat during the Battle of Britain. And the B-25 Mitchell Tribute incorporating original airframe material from a WWII B-25 SN# 44-30734. This rather famous aircraft, "Panchito", can still be seen flying at airshows around the country today. The B-17 artifact is from B-17E "Desert Rat" currently under restoration. And the P-51 Mustang airframe material is from one of its internal 50 caliber machine gun racks.
